Matt is a seasoned, data driven technology and operations executive with 15+ years of multi-level management and leadership experience across a variety of cross-functional roles.

He was VP of Operations and General Manager at Got It (founded by Hung Tran from Cohort II/III) from 2015-2022.

He joined YouWeb Incubator in 2022 as General Manager and Executive-in-Residence.
AARATI ASUNDI

Aarati found a passion for science communication while completing her PhD in Biomedical Sciences at UCSF.

Founded Sykom in 2020, a science communications and marketing company that helps tech founders explain their complex science to potential investors, business partners, and consumers.

She collaborates with marketing experts and specializes in creating digital media like explainer videos, illustrations, and science writing.
ADITYA BHANDARI
YouWEB INCUBATOR (DAC)

Graduated from the University of California, Irvine with a dual major in Biomedical Engineering and Business Economics.

He joined YouWeb Incubator in 2020 as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence and started collaborating with researchers at TU Wein to develop a modular direct air capture (DAC) system.

Aditya is currently the founder of a DAC startup in incubation and is working towards commercialization of the technology.

Samip has 20+ years of experience in hardware and software product development, manufacturing, supply chain, business strategy and operations.

Founding member of a Vantage Point Analytics, a SaaS based security solutions company from 2013 to 2015 that got acquired by Flex.

Returned to YouWeb in 2022 as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence building solutions to decarbonize buildings using DAC technology.
ROHIT KALYANPUR

Rohit dropped out of the University of Illinoise, Urbana-Champagne in 2018 to start building Optivolt it the world's leading shade tolerant solar system.

He was listed on Forbes 30 under 30- Energy (2020) list and was awarded the Thiel Fellowship in 2019.
SAMANTHA JOHN

Samantha fell in love with programming during her senior year at Columbia. She started Hopscotch to introduce every kid to this skill.
